VNPT Healthe - Personal Health Record application that provides solutions to help individuals monitor and take care of their own health and their family members. It is one of the first applications to leverage integrated information from healthcare facilities, healthcare professionals, doctors, and individuals in order to provide the best healthcare services for the public.

The functions of the application include:

• Administrative information: general information, health insurance card information, family relationship information, and contact information.
• Medical history, health-related factors: birth condition, individual health risk factors, allergic disease history, disabilities, surgery history, family medical history, reproductive health, and family planning.
• Vaccination information: basic vaccination for children, extra vaccinations outside the regular program, tetanus vaccination for pregnant women.
• Medical examination information: medical history, clinical visits, clinical test results, diagnosis/conclusions, advice and doctor's examination.
• Retrieve medical visit history through the Ministry of Health's Integrated Data Portal.
• Search for clinics and doctors.
• Register for medical appointments.
• Manage vaccination and medical appointment schedules.
